There is an additional small room which is not available because we will store some things in it. Of course there will be no costs for you for this. The room is not included in the 80 sqm.
The additional costs for water, heating and general things mentioned in the add are based on two occupants and will be lower for one person. Final costs are always billed by the landlord after one year depending on how much has been used. We have always been fine with the 150 EUR/ months.
The extra 33 EUR/month are for power and also based on consumption of two people.
