Ich tausche meine möblierte 52qm Wohnung in 1190 Wien ab Juli 2024 gegen eine vergleichbare Wohnung in Leipzig . (Untermietvertrag).
Vorläufig auf 2 Jahre befristet, aber bei beidseitiger Harmonie mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Zu bezahlen wären in der Zeit nur Betriebskosten und Strom /Gas (über Wien Energie, könnte mit Jahresende aber günstiger werden)..
Dafür möchte ich in Leipzig vergleichsweise auch nicht mehr bezahlen, aber ich bin gern bereit einen individuellen Deal auszuhandeln. Ich habe ein regelmäßiges Einkommen, bin Wohnungseigentümer und möchte meinen Lebensmittelpunkt mit Juli 2024 langfristig nach Leipzig verlagern.
