Ich biete meine super gemütliche Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete, da ich länger nicht in Leipzig sein werde. Februar 2020 bis Ende Februar 2021.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 58 qm und besteht aus zwei Räumen, Küche, Bad und Flur. Durch die großen Fenster ist die Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich und man blickt direkt auf die schöne Peterskirche.
Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung hat Einbauküche inkl. Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine im Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen in der Zentrum Süd, man kann zu Fuß in die Uni oder zur HTWK kommen.
Außerdem ist die Haltestelle Bayrischer Bahnhof super nah und praktisch, um ins Umland (oder z.B. nach Halle) zu kommen. Von der Wohnung läuft man auch nur 3 min zur "Karli" auf der man zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und kleinere Läden findet. Spätshops sind auch gleich um die Ecke, falls man nachts noch mal schnell ne Limo kaufen will ;-)
Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man nur 10 min und ist dann am Fockeberg, von dem man zum Cospudener See im Grünen radeln kann.
