Wir sind aktuell im Ausland und vermieter daher unsere Wohnung. Da wir eventuell im Januar 2021 nach Deutschland zurück kehren, können wir bisher nur eine Mietdauer bis 31.12.2020 garantieren.
Komplett möblierte Wohnung (siehe Bilder) mit Balkon und Gartenmitbenutzung. Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Küche ist ausgestattet mit Bosch Elektrogeräten. Hausmeister und Kehrwoche durch Reinigungsfirma (bereits in Nebenkosten enthalten).

We are currently abroad and for this reason we rent our flat. Since we might come back to Germany in January 2021, we can currently only guarantee a rental period until 31.12.2020.
Fully furnished appartment (see pictures) including balcony and shared garden. Parking lot is included and located right in front of the house. Kitchen equipped with Bosch electrical appliances.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der Ludwigsburger Innenstadt (10 Gehminuten zum Blühenden Barock, 15 Gehminuten zum Marktplatz) und dem Neckar (10 Gehminuten). Es gibt direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle mit einer sehr guten Busverbindung (mehrere Buslinien, so dass ca. alle 5-10 Minuten ein Bus fährt). Auch der Ludwigsburger Nachtbus hält an dieser Haltestelle.
