Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, hat ein Fenster im Badezimmer und eine Badewanne sowie einen Balkon auf dem man im Sommer schön frühstücken kann. Sie ist mit einem sehr hochwertigen modernen Laminatboden ausgelegt.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Yorckstr.. Die Uni und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett und ruhig.
Das Laminat wurde vor 3 Jahren verlegt. Ich habe es für 28Euro pro qm2 gekauft. Es ist in gutem Zustand. Daher hätte ich gern 19Euro*30qm2=570Euro für das verlegte Laminat.
Weiterhin hätte ich gern 50Euro für den Kühlschrank. Der Kühlschrank ist in sehr gutem Zustand und hat einen hohen Energiestandard.
