Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, hell und groß geschnitten. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine gemütliche und voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Esstisch und zwei weitere Zimmer. Das eine ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und das andere Zimmer dient als Arbeitszimmer, dort kann aber auch eine Person auf einem großen Schlafsofa schlafen. Die Wohnung ist also entweder gut für ein Pärchen, oder kann als WG genutzt werden. Von hier aus lässt sich Lüneburg erkunden oder in Ruhe eine eigene Wohnung suchen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Roten Feld, also perfekt zwischen der Innenstadt und der Universität! Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 10 Minuten zur Uni und in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Ein kleines Café liegt auch direkt um die Ecke. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 30m entfernt.
Am Ende der straße befindet sich ein Budni, Denns und Aldi.
