Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. Sie besteht aus drei Zimmern und ist gut für eine WG geeignet. Die beiden kleineren Zimmer sind ca. 12qm groß, das hintere Zimmer ca. 17qm. Die Wohnung ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell, zudem habt ihr einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bardowicker Mauer.Die Hausgemeinschaft hier ist auch super, es wohnen viele junge Leute und Studenten WGs im Haus. Im Innenhof befindet sich ein Fahrradschuppen.
Bis zum Marktplatz sind es von hier nur 2min zu Fuß. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Tür, falls ihr schnell etwas einkaufen möchtet ist Penny innerhalb von ca. 4min zu erreichen, alle anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind natürlich auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Uni erreicht ihr in ca. 10min mit dem Fahrrad.
