Suche Nachmieter*in(nen) für eine Zweizimmerwohnung im Mittelfeld. Die zwei Zimmer - 13 und 16 m², beide haben eine Tür zum Balkon - laufen über ein jeweils einzelnen Mietvertrag. Die Wohnung wurde im August renoviert, die Wände sind frisch gestrichen, ein neuer PVC-Boden in Laminatoptik wurde verlegt und ein neuer Herd installiert. In der Küche gibt es außerdem eine Dunstabzugshaube, einen Kühlschrank und einige Unterbau- sowie Oberschränke. Das Bad ist groß und hat eine Duschbadewanne.
Einzug frühestens zum Februar, spätestens zum Ende März. Die Kaltmiete ist exklusive Heizkosten, für die ich momentan ~120 € zahle (Stromheizung). Eventuell können einige Einrichtungsgegenstände übernommen werden. Alles Weitere nach Anfrage.
