Its a big flat in Sudenburg, perfect for a flatshare. You can use it as a two flatmate apartment with a big living room or as an apartment of three flatmates with a common space in the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped as well as everything. You just need to move in and enjoy.
The price includes all the costs with the average usage of water and electricity for three persons.
The street is guite going to the Halbestädter Str with the public transport opportunities and shop etc. It will take you one minute walk to the next big street.
You are close to the Hauptbahmhof and to the hospital you need to walk around 10 Minutes.
Parking is possible for free in the street.
What else :) we do not require much, but we will be happy to have nice and responsible tenants, who would take care of our place.
Very nice and quite location. The street was completely renovated. There are many little interesting shops close to the apartment. For example, In the ground floor you will find a barber shop and a cosmetic studio with welcoming prices (checked on my own :)
