Wir vermieten unsere 40qm große Mailänder Altbau-Wohnung mit über 3m hohen Decken für den gesamten März unter. Die Küche ist vollmöbliert inklusive Gasherd, Ofen, gesamte Küchenausstattung, Kühlschrank, vier Stühle und ein Esstisch, sowie eine Schlafcouch. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Schrank, ein Doppelbett, ein Einzelbett und eine weitere Schlafcouch, was insgesamt 5-6 Schlafplätze ergibt. Im innenliegenden Badezimmer befindet sich eine Dusche, ein Bidet, eine Toilette und eine funktionsfähige Waschmaschine.
We sublet our 40 sqm Milanese old building apartment with more than 3m high ceilings for the whole month of March. The kitchen is fully furnished including a gas stove, an oven, complete kitchen equipment, refrigerator, four chairs and a dining table, as well as a sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a closet, a double bed, a single bed and another sofa bed, which provides a total of 5-6 sleeping places. In the bath room inside there is a shower, a bidet, a toilet and a well functioning washing machine.
Die Lage ist für Studenten der Politecnico Universität in Bovisa unschlagbar, da sie in nur etwa 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Bahn-Station Lancetti erreicht man in 4 Minuten und die nächste Metrostation Maciachini ist etwa 8 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und eine Tramstation, wodurch man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt Mailands ist.
Der Wochenmarkt findet direkt um die Ecke statt und es gibt zwei Supermärkte (Carrefour & Esselunga), sowie diverse Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
The location is ideal for students of the Politecnico University in Bovisa, as it is only a 15 minutes walk away. The train station Lancetti is 4 minutes walk distance and the nearest metro station Maciachini is about 8 minutes far. There is a bus stop and a tram station right outside the front door, so you can reach the centre of Milan in a few minutes.
The weekly market is just around the corner and there are two supermarkets (Carrefour & Esselunga), as well as various cafés, restaurants and shops in the close area.
