I am offering my cute little apartment in the vibrant city of Milan, to swap with someone who has a house in Berlin,
As I am the owner i’d like to swap with owners too.
The house is located as you can see from the pictures in a quiet area, super well connected thanks to lambrate and argonne metro station and linate airport.
The apartment is 70sqm with a balcony and air conditioning, a brand new kitchen and all new appliances.
I’ve been living here since one year and i completely renovated the place after i bought it.
I would love to meet someone who takes good care of the home i bought with many sacrifices and loves it as much as i do.
I’m looking for an apartment in Berlin’s central area, mainly these districs: Prenzauer berg, schöneberg, charlottenburg, friedrichshain, pankow.
