We are renting out a sunny two-room loft apartment in Maintal, Dörnigheim. From the nearby train station, it takes 9 minutes to reach the train station "Ostbahnhof" in Frankfurt and 18 min. to reach the city centre (Hauptwache). Hanau is just 8 minutes away. The apartment has a simple kitchen (no fridge but sink, cupboards and an oven/stove) and the entire electrical wiring was replaced 3 years ago. New floors were installed at the same time. Only the bathroom retains its original late 60’s charm. Skylights in the bedroom and bathroom provide added light. There is a built-in cabinet/closet in the bedroom with plenty of shelves and space to hang clothing. Storage in the cellar is available and there is a dedicated connection in the laundry room for a washing machine. The apartment is available immediately.
