-40 m2 terrace and bedroom balcony to enjoy sunrise & sunset
-New electronic, height-adjustable table (bought in 2023) perfect for home office
-A real fireplace that keeps you warm during winter!
It's important for me that you:
-are willing to water my plants
-allow me to leave some of my stuff at home (books etc.,) until I return
Lively neighbourhood but surprisingly quite! 1min walk to one of the best cafè in town (Kaffeekomune), 2min walk to Schillerplatz, 6min walk to Rewe, less than 10min walk to Domplatz.
I've enjoyed staying in this beautiful, cozy apartment, I hope you'll like it here too and help me take care if it:)
