Hallo, aktuell wird die angebotene 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit 2 Bädern als WG genutzt. Da meine Mitbewohnerin bald auszieht, und ich mir auch eine eigene Wohnung suchen möchte, wollte ich die Gelegenheit zum Tausch nutzen. Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche, 3 Zimmer (1 großes und 2 kleinere) und 2 Duschbäder (1 Dusche, 1 Eck-Badewanne). Es gibt keinen Balkon.
Die genaue Kaltmiete muss ich nochmal nachschlagen, genauso so wie die exakten Quadratmeter. Es sind aber ca. 1.160 Euro warm.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral am römischen Theater in Mainz mit allen Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen.
Am liebsten würde ich in der Altstadt bleiben, Oberstadt oder zollhafen wären auch ok. Gerne nicht mehr als 750 Euro kalt und mit Balkon.
