Wir suchen für März bis Ende Juni eine Zwischenmieterin oder Zwischenmieter für unsere Wohnung in der Mainzer Altstadt, da wir als Zweier-WG auf Reisen sind. Die Zimmer sind zwar als Schlafzimmer eingerichtet, man kann das eine Zimmer jedoch einfach umfunktionieren als Wohnzimmer, dort steht auch ein Fernseher. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock. Das Bad hat ein Fenster und eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist geräumig und ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine sowie Spülmaschine. Im relativ großen Flur steht ein kleines Sofa. Die Wohnung bleibt möbliert.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rand der Mainzer Altstadt, 5-10 minuten vom Dom/Stadtzentrum entfernt, trotzdem jedoch in einer ruhigen Gegend. Man braucht 5 minuten zum Bahnhof Römisches Theater und 5 min zur nächsten Haltestelle, mit Bussen die z.B. an die Uni hochfahren. Das nächste Rewe ist 2 minuten entfernt und das nächste Penny 5 min.
