Hallo,
da sich unsere 3er Studenten Wg leider auflöst suchen wir zum 16.3.13 geeignete Nachmieter für unsere 3-Zimmer Wohnung in der Rheinstrasse.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rheinufer (2min Fußweg) und zum Domplatz (3min).
Es gibt 3 seperate Schlafzimmer (ca.20m²),(ca.18m²),(ca.11m²) eine Einbauküche (ca.10m²) mit Balkon hin zum Innenhof sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
Des Weiteren steht ein ca. 10m² großes Kellerabteil als Abstellkammer zur Verfügung.
