ich suche zum 01.03 einen Nachmieter für eine schöne Altbauwohnung in der Altstadt - 2 min zum römischen Theater.
Die Wohnung bzw das Haus wurde vor ca einem Jahr kernsaniert und ist sehr hochwertig.
Sie besteht aus einem großen offenen Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang vom Hof aus. In dem Haus wohnen insgesamt 4 Parteien.
In der Wohnung ist von mir vor einem Jahr eine neue Küche eingebaut worden. Diese müsste gegen einen Abschlag von 3000 € übernommen werden.
