Ich suche zum 1.1.2021 eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine charmante Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Mainzer Altstadt über einem Weinlokal.
Sie ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über eine Wand mit schönen Holzbalken. Aus dem Schlafzimmer hat man einen direkten Blick auf den Dom.
Der Wochenmarkt ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und man ist zudem schnell unten am Rhein.
Im Herzen der Mainzer Altstadt findet man alles was das Herz begehrt.
Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe
Die Küche (ohne Waschmaschine) sowie das weiße Sideboard, Spiegelschrank im Bad, sowie sämtliche Rollos sollen gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden (gesamt. 700 €).
P.S.: Dies ist kein Balkon, sondern nur der Ausstieg zur Feuertreppe.
