Die Wohnung hat zwei große Zimmer. Eine Küche mit Backofen und Platz für eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Wohnfläche beträgt 48qm, die Bodenfläche 60qm. Küche und großes Bad sind gefliest. Beide Räume sind in etwa gleich groß und sehr geräumig.
Durch den Schnitt der Wohnung ist die Wohnung ideal für WGs.
TV und Internet sind entweder über Kabel oder Telefonleitung möglich (bis zu VDSL 100)
Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 min entfernt. Das Gelände der Universität erreicht man innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß. Lebensmittel Discounter ist ebenfalls nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Man ist auch sehr schnell im Grünen also ideal auch für Jogger. Freie und kostenlose Parkfläche an der Straße in der näheren Umgebung sind immer vorhanden. Fahrradständer im Innenhof.
Telefonisch von 08:30 bis 20:00 Uhr als auch per Mail erreichbar. Besichtigung nach Vereinbarung / flexibel.
Wohnung wird aufgegeben, da wir uns mittlerweile eine größere leisten können (mittlerweile berufstätig).
