Diese schöne 3 Zimmerwohnung im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses zeichnet sich durch eine extrem ruhige Lage und Blick ins Grüne aus. Mit dem Bus erreicht man leicht und schnell die Mainzer Innenstadt wie auch die Universität und die Hochschule von Mainz.
Die Wohnung ist mit ihren drei Zimmern hervorragend für eine 2er WG geeignet.
Finthen, ca. 6 km von Mainz entfernt, ist ein bevorzugter Vorort, weil es sich hier sehr ruhig "im Grünen" leben läßt. Die Anbindung zur Uni mit dem Bus ist sehr gut. Alternativ ist das Radwegenetz gut ausgebaut.
Am Ort sind Kindergärten, eine Grund- und Hauptschule sowie die Walldorfschule.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben.
Die Anbindung mit dem Bus vor der Haustüre ist perfekt. Die Autobahn ist knapp 5 Minuten entfernt. Straßenbahn vom Ortskern Finthen ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert und hat eine Einbauküche für eine Ablöse von 500.- Euro.
Ein Sanierung der Fenster ist vorgesehen.
