Hello!
Ich suche für meine Wohnung einen Nachmieter ab dem 1.06.2017 (auch gern etwas früher, da die Wohnung schon ab Mai frei sein könnte).
Sie ist hell und sehr gemütlich. Sie verfügt über je ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Küche und Bad sind funktional geschnitten und verfügen über alles nötige.
Die Einbauküche ist zu übernehmen (1000 Euro : mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, usw.)
Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man jetzt in Frühling die Bäumenbläter und Blümchen wachsen, was sehr angenehm ist.
Die Lage ist auch optimal und noch dazu sehr ruhig. Sie befinden sich in der nähe vom Hartenberg Park, wo man im Sommer liegen und grillen kann.
Die Bushaltestelle "Hartenberg Park" steht vor der Tür (Buslinie 64 und 65), öffentliche und kostenlose Parkplätze auch.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Einzugsdatum ist flexibel.
