ich suche zum 1.4.2015 einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmerwohnung im Bleichenviertel. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon zum Innenhof und eine kleine neue EBK, die im Mietpreis inkludiert ist. Außerdem einen Kellerraum. Ruhige aber zentrale Lage (Einbahnstraße und 30er-Zone). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie Supermarkte sind in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar (HBF ca. 6 Minuten).
WICHTIG!: Die Wohnung wird nur an eine Person vermietet (bevorzugt berufstätig), die eine Mindestmietdauer von 2,5 bis 3 Jahren beabsichtigt. Bei Studenten wird eine Elternbürgschaft vorausgesetzt.
Für den Kleiderschrank und ggf. Bett möchte ich einen kleinen Abschlag von 250 EUR VHB.
