We’re looking for someone to take over our room!
Starting April 1st.
Mainz, Mombach.
The room is 16.7m2, has a large window with a blackout curtain and a radiator with an adjustable heat level.
The bed frame and closet stay in the room (non-negotiable), but all the other furniture will go with us.
The house is fully equipped. There's a shared living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower and bath.
You also have access to a shared storage room and a secure space to store a bicycle. If you have a car, there are also several parking spaces on the street.
You'll be sharing the house with 2 other roomies, 1 boy and 1 girl, both phd students.
There's a bus stop 200m away and a tram stop 650m away. There are also several supermarkets near the house, which you can easily walk to.
The total cold rent is 1250 + 250 expenses, and you will pay one third.
You'll have to pay us our share of the deposit 1000€ + our share of what was bought for the house 900€.
