Die Wohnung ist bedingt WG-geeignet, die Kochnische (raeumlich abgetrennt, allerdings ohne Tuer), ist an eines der beiden Zimmer angrenzend. Allerdings ist ueber mir auch eine WG drin.
Die Lage ist superschoen. Mit der Wohnung kann ich euch Trockner und Waschmaschine anbieten. Zu der Wohnung gehoert ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schrank im Wohnzimmer und ein 'Bar-Tisch' mit 2 Barstuehlen.
Wir sind bereits ausgezogen, nutzen die Wohnung derzeit allerdings noch als 'Lagerplatz'. Auf Wunsch sind Besichtigungen gerne moeglich - am besten abends oder noch lieber am Wochenende, da wir beide Vollzeit arbeiten und noch ein Kleinkind haben.
Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind durch die zentrale Lage ideal.
