Die nette 2 Zimmer Wohnung ist Ideal für eine 2er WG geeignet. Mit einem kleinen Balkon, einem Tageslichtbad und eingerichteter Küche habt ihr alles was ihr braucht.
Ein Zimmer ist ca 22m2 groß und das andere ca 17m2.
Beide Zimmer sind sehr hell und gemütlich.
Außerdem gibt es eine Mansarde auf dem Dachboden und einen Kellerraum, um Sachen unterzustellen.
Fahrräder kann man im Innenhof abstellen und Autos können mit einem Anwohnerparkausweis vor dem Haus geparkt werden.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, 3 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Penny, Rossmann, Aldi und Rewe sind direkt um die Ecke. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca 10 min.
Zur Uni sind es auch nur ca 10. Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
