Sie hat einen Flur, eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche. Ein Abstellraum im Treppenhaus bietet Platz für eine Waschmaschine und im Hinterhof befinden sich Fahrradabstellplätze.
Man ist eigentlich direkt in der Stadtmitte, hat den Hauptbahnhof in 5-Minuten-Fußweg-Entfernung und aus dem Fenster sieht man die Domspitze.
In der Umgebung gibt es drei Rewe, Aldi, Lidl und in nur 3 Minuten ist man am Penny. Zur Post sowie Bus und Straßenbahn sind es auch nur 5 Gehminuten.
Das Palatin Kino, viele Bars und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Da die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof liegt, ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig.
