Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Sie hat 2 Balkone. Die Wohngegend ist schön ruhig, Hbf und die Innenstadt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Zur Miete von 590 Euro kommen noch Kosten für Gas (bei mir ca. 40 Euro) und Strom (bei mir ca. 30 Euro) hinzu. Es könnte sein, dass der Vermieter die Kaltmiete noch etwas erhöht.
Meine Küche sollte vom Nachmieter/in übernommen werden. Ich habe sie vor 1 1/2 Jahren für 1400 Euro gekauft und hätte gerne 1100 Euro dafür.
Mein Vermieter möchte nicht, dass mehr als 2 Personen einziehen. Außerdem sollen die Mieter berufstätig sein.
Die Wohnung wäre entweder ab dem 15.9. oder dem 1.10. zu haben.
