ACHTUNG: Duschbad ist ohne Fenster und liegt neben der Wohnung (über Mini-Flur zu erreichen, der nicht öffentlich zugängig ist).
Die Gaustraße ist toll gelegen - einfach die Straße runter und man ist in der Innenstadt von Mainz. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Gaustraße selbst und der nächste Supermarkt 5 Minuten um die Ecke. 3 Min. die Straße rauf ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Und zum Südbahnhof sind es auch nur 10 Fuß-Minuten!
