Diese sehr gemütliche 2 Zimmerwohnung in der Mainzer Altstadt ist teilsaniert worden und wartet auf ihren Erstbezug. Das Bad, sowie die Heizung sind komplett neu. Es ist keine Einbauküche vorhanden (siehe Bilder) Herd ist neu, unbenuntzt und wird bereitgestellt.
Die Wohung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Rheins und der FH-University of Applied Sciences. Man gelangt zu Fuß in 2 min an eine Bushaltestelle, in 5 min. an den Bahnhof Römisches Theater und in 5 min. in die Stadt.
Diese Wohung ist WG-geeignet, da die Bewohnerstruktur des Hauses tendenziell jung ist, werden Studenten in höheren Semestern und Berufseinsteiger bevorzugt.
