Die Wohnung hat 38m2 Wohnfläche mit der folgenden Raumaufteilung: ein Zimmer, eine Küche, eine Diele und ein Tageslichtbad/WC mit Badewanne Die Wohnräume sind mit dunklem Holz-Laminat ausgestattet und das Bad ist weiß gefliest. Ein Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet sich im Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss ohne Aufzug. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Ein abschließbarer Kellerraum und ein Fahrradkeller sind inklusive.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Uniklinik. Eine Bushaltestelle (Landwehrweg) ist ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Bus kann man problemlos in 7 Minuten zum Mainzer Hauptbahnhof fahren. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick über die Nachbarschaft bis zur Uniklinik. Auch ein Supermarkt und Getränkemarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
