Die Küchennische umfasst 2 Kochplatten, Spülbecken und einen Kühlschrank.
Um die Wohnung unbefristet zu mieten, wird ein Studentenausweis benötigt - ohne Studentenausweis ist ein Untermietvertrag bis 30.09.2017 möglich!
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Unigelände (Jakob-Welder-Weg 30-40, 55128 Mainz) im Wohnheim "Inter II" im 1. Stock. In 2 Minuten ist man an der Bus- und Straßenbahn-Haltestelle "Friedrich-von-Pfeiffer-Weg" und in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Linien 51, 53, 56, 650, 90, 91, 75). In max. 15 Min erreicht man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß (z. B. Netto, Rehe, Aldi).

Bright 2 room apartment in "Dormitory Inter II" in university campus available as single (all incl. € 522,00) or double apartment (all incl. € 632,00) from 01.06.2017. The apartment is furnished with 2 beds with mattresses, tables, chairs, gadrobe, kitchen and bathroom. The contract could be unlimited if you are a student enrolled in JGU or FH Mainz but if not the contract would be terminated in 30.09.2017.
