Hallo,
wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne und helle Wohnung mitten in der Mainzer Neustadt. Zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Gartenfeldplatz sind es jeweils nur 2-3 Gehminuten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem hellen und ruhigen Esszimmer, welches offen an die Küche grenzt. Die Küche bleibt in der Wohnung und hat sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Vom Flur geht es dann in das große Wohnzimmer und weiter ins kleine Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist leider aufrund ihrer Aufteilung nicht WG geeignet.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Abstellraum , direkt gegenüber der Wohnungstür und es gibt einen Hof zum Abstellen der Fahrräder.
