Da ich nächstes Jahr länger im Ausland bin Stelle ich meine schöne Wohnung am Rand der Neustadt zur Zwischenmiete zu Verfügung.
Sie ist ca 55qm groß und ist durch die Fensterfronten in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer den ganzen Tag hell.
Das Bad wurde vor 2 Jahren kernsaniert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der nähe des Zollhafens. Zu Rewe, Lidl und Aldi sind es je 3-5 min Fußweg und die Haltestelle Bismarckplatz ist in 3 min zu erreichen. Der Göthepark ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein Kiosk.

Ich würde die Wohnung gerne möbliert vermieten. Leider darfst du dich nicht auf die Wohnung ummelden da die Vermieter das nicht möchten.
Optional kann man die Wohnung auch als Einzimmerwohnung mieten und ich räume alle möbel ins verbleibende Zimmer. Dann wäre die Miete natürlich geringer.
