Hallo,
ich suche dringend 3 Leute, die in eine WG in Mainz zusammenziehen möchten und das schon ab 1.Feb.
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön. Hell und gut aufgeteilt, ( 3 etwa gleich große helle Zimmer, je ca 15 qm, ein kleineres 10 qm, geeignet als Wohnzimmer, Küche und Duschbad, WC separat) allerdings sind die Holzdielen nicht neu und auch das Bad ist etwas älter. Es gibt eine "selbstzuammengebaute" Küche, mit Herd die kostenlos übergeben werden kann. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, auf dem auch mal drei Personen Platz finden können!
Die Lage ist perfekt. Nah am Hbf und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Besichtigung ist am Sonntag, den 29., bitte vorher per Email anmelden!
