Baujahr 1990, ca. 55m² mit Flur, kein Balkon. Hervorragend in Schuss. Großzügiges Bad mit Anschluss für Waschmaschine. Ich habe die Wohnung allein genutzt, sie ist aber gut WG-geeignet. Das großzügige Kellerabteil ist in Kombination mit dem Aufzug praktisch auch zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, aber mit Aufzug direkt zum Hof und im Sommer nicht zu warm und im Winter nicht zu kalt. Sehr ruhiges Haus mit wenig Straßenlärm.
Nähe Lessingplatz. Wenige Meter zu Bus, Straßenbahn, Mietrad-Stationen und zum REWE. 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die angegebenen Nebenkosten beinhalten Heizkosten.
