Top-Lage in der Neustadt gegenüber der neuen Synagoge. Mitten im Neustadt-Kiez, 2 Blocks vom angesagten Gartenfeldplatz mit seiner vielfältigen Gastro-Szene entfernt. Am Frauenlobplatz (Donnerstags Wochenmarkt) ist man in 3 Minuten.
Stadtbus hält vor dem Haus. Am Hauptbahnhof ist man in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort alle Stadtbus-, Straßenbahn-, Bahn- und Fernbusverbindungen. In die Innenstadt läuft man in ca. 10 Minuten. Bäcker, Drogeriemarkt, Supermarkt etc. im Umkreis von 5 Minuten (Boppstraße), ebenso Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Zum Rheinufer 5 Minuten.
