Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche und ein Bad in welches auch eine Waschmaschine passt.
Das erste Zimmer ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber ich habe es immerhin selber über ein Jahr bewohnt und mich sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Das zweite Zimmer ist etwas größer. Das erste Zimmer kostet 240 Euro (kalt), das zweite 260 Euro (die Wohnung 500 Euro kalt). Die Zimmer sind nicht möbliert. Die auf den Fotos abgebildeten Möbel stehen nicht zur Verfügung.
The first room ist small, but I've lived in it very happy for about a year. The second room is a little bit bigger. The price for the smaller room used to be 240 Euro and for the bigger room 260 Euro (cold) - 500 Euro for the whole flat. The Furniture on the picture will not be offered.
Die Wohnung ist 7 min zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof Mainz entfernt. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür und ist eine Station vom Hbf entfernt. Zum Rhein (Zollhafen) schafft man es zu Fuss in 20 min. Die Altstadt ist ebenfalls zu Fuss erreichbar.
The flat ist 7 min to the Mainz central station. Tram is right in front of the house. Zollhafen ist 20 min by foot. The city center can be easily reached by foot.
Im gesamten Haus wohnen vorwiegend junge Leute in WG's. The house ist full of young people sharing flats.
Angeboten werden zwei Zimmer/eine Wohnung. Ein Zimmer hat ca. 12 qm, das andere ca. 16 qm. Beide Zimmer bzw. die gesamte Wohnung sind ab 1. Juli 2016 (ggfs. nach Absprache auch erst zum 3. Juli 2016) zu haben. Die bisherige WG zieht gesammelt um. Die Vermieter sind sehr offen für WG's und bieten daher auf Wunsch auch Einzelverträge für das jeweilige Zimmer. Es kann aber die Wohnung auch gesamt alleine oder mit Untermieter gemietet werden. Wer zuerst kommt, kann sich seinen Mitbewohner/in mit aussuchen.
There are two rooms offered, on 12 sqm, the other 16 sqm. Both rooms are available from 1. Juli 2016 on (maybe 3. July if agreed). The people living there now, will move out. The landlord likes "WG" and offers separate contracts for each room, if asked for. A contract for the whole apartment and a lent to another person are also possible. The first can choose it's flatmate.
