Zum 01.02.2021 wird eine vor zwei Jahren frisch sanierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung in der Neustadt in Mainz frei. Beide Zimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß, sodass die Wohnung WG-tauglich wäre. Das Bad hat eine große ebenerdige Dusche und Anschlüsse für eine Waschmaschine und/oder Trockner sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen Balkon, der zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Die Küche hat eine kleine Abstellkammer.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und sehr zentral in der Mainzer Neustadt und ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Lessingstraße" läuft man nur drei Minuten. Die Mainzer Innenstadt erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen sind Bäcker, Supermärkte, Poststellen, Bars und Kneipen. Der Rhein ist circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Gerne würden wir unseren Pax-Schrank gegen einen Abschlag von 200€ dalassen. Gegen Absprache könnte ebenfalls eine der Küchentheken übernommen werden. Haustiere sind gegen Absprache gestattet.
