Da ich Mainz leider verlasse, wird meine Wohnung frei :)
Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und hat irgendwie einen besonderen Charme :)
Die Wohnung ist 34 m² groß und perfekt für eine Person
Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, keine 2 Minuten entfernt liegt aber auch die Haltestelle "An der Philippschanze" (zur Orientierung)
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich der Drususwall, also da kann man gar nicht meckern:D
Ich ziehe zum 01.04.2024 aus.
Ich bin mir noch nicht sicher was ich an Möbeln mitnehmen werde, dies entscheidet sich erst noch.
Ansonsten würde ich wahrscheinlich den Großteil an Möbeln gegen einen Abschlag da lassen;)
Wäre super wenn ihr vllt einfach kurz etwas zu euch schreiben könnt damit ich einen kleinen Eindruck bekomme
