At the ground floor, this flat built in 2017 is fully furnished and equipped (TV, Washdryer, Vacuum Cleaner, Iron, cleaning robot...). It has a garden, garage and a kids playground. It's perfectly for families. Because of a delay in my family joining me, I would like to be the following months in a smaller flat, so I am looking for someone that wants to move in.
Gegenüber vom Volkspark (Sportfelder, Tisch-tennis, Mini-golf, Kinderspielplätze und Wasserspielplatz, Biergarten, Restaurant, Vögelhaus, usw.)
Erreichbar mit Linie 62 und 63. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad bis zum Stadtzentrum braucht man nur den Volkspark und Stadtpark durchqueren (schön!)

I'ts just in front of the Volkspark which is a huge park with many ammenities such as football fields, basketball courts, hockey rink, ping-pong tables, open area for BBQ, huge kids playground as well as a waterpark, mini-golf, aviary, restaurants and beer garden, flower fields... etc.
3 Minutes walking to public transport (62 and 63 bus lines) as well as supermarket. To the train station with public transport you need 10 minutes. To the city center you need 15 minutes walking through the beautiful park and you are at the river just after. There are public bikes you can rent, with a station just some steps from the building (you need to get a card in the city center first).
