Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße im Zentrum von Wörrstadt. Das Haus ist über 100 Jahre alt, wurde mehrfach um- und angebaut und wird zur Zeit komplett renoviert.
Die Wohnung bietet viele Möglichkeiten auch für eine WG. Eine längere Mietdauer ist gewünscht.
