Da kurzfristig unsere 3-Zimmerwohnung frei wird, suchen wir ab dem 1.Juni 14 Nachmieter (nur 2 er WG- tauglich).
Der Besichtigungstermin ist bereits morgen (Donnerstag 1.05.) von 19:00- 21:00.
Die Wohnung (ca. 70 qm, 1 kleines Zimmer (ca. 13 qm), 2 mittelgroße Zimmer (ca. 18 qm) große, gemütliche Küche (inkl. EBK), Bad, kleiner Abstellraum, Balkon, Keller und Innenhof zum Abstellen der Fahrräder) liegt zentral in der Mainzer Altstadt.
Bis auf Küche und Bad sind alle Böden laminiert.
Die Wohnung wird nur an 2 er- Mädchen WGs und Paare vermietet, Haustiere sind leider auf Grund des Mietvertrages nicht erlaubt.
Derzeit liegt die Miete bei 620 Euro kalt + 120 Euro Nebenkosten.
Strom und Gas kommen extra hinzu, 2 MM Kaution (Kaltmiete).
