Wir ziehen im Dezember aus unserer schönen Wohnung aus und suchen Nachmieter:innen. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für Paare oder 2er WGs - es gibt ein großes Zimmer mit ca. 25 qm und ein kleineres mit ungefähr 16.
Bei Bedarf ist die Wohnung schon ab 15.12.23 einzugsbereit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Mainzer Altstadt, direkt an der Römerpassage. Supermärkte, dm, rossmann, Cafés und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Zum Schillerplatz braucht man ca. 5 min zu Fuß und auch zum Dom ist es nicht weit.
Die Küche soll für einen Abschlag von 1.500 € übernommen werden, sie ist modern mit Flüsterschränken und -schubladen, 4 Herdplatten und einem Ofen, der zwar alt aussieht, aber unglaublich gut funktoniert (der beste Ofen, den wir jemals hatten) und eine Spülmaschine ist auch dabei;)
Evtl. können auch andere Möbel übernommen werden.
