Die DG-Wohnung mit 90 qm hat trotz der Schräge gute Stellmöglichkeiten für Möbel. Die Küche und das Tageslichtbad befinden sich an der Giebelseite und sind nicht schräg.
Ein Balkon ist nicht vorhanden.

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist findet immer einen Parkplatz. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Haltestelle der S-Bahn ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, in 7 Minuten ist man in Mannheim oder Heidelberg.

Im EG und 1 OG wohnen wir, die Hauseigentümer. Bisher war die DG-Wohnung als WG vermietet. Ein Zimmer ist zur Zeit noch bewohnt, kann aber besichtigt werden.
Vor 3 Jahren wurde eine neue Gasheizung eingebaut mit 30 % erneuerbarer Energie.
Energieausweis liegt noch nicht vor.
Zu den Nebenkosten kommen noch die Kosten für Strom (Eigenbedarf) und Internet.
