Wir, d.h. Anni und Benny, beide 22, suchen Nachmieter für unsere super2er-WG, die wir leider verlassen müssen.
Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 3 Jahren komplett renoviert.
Die Zimmer sind ca. 15 qm und 23qm groß. In der Küche befindet sich eine Einbauküche, die gerne übernommen werden kann. In meinem Zimmer könnte der Kleiderschrank übernommen werden.
Das WC ist vom Bad getrennt. Speziell morgens ist das sehr praktisch.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und S-Bahn-Haltstellen sind in direkter Nähe (ca. 3 Minuten).
Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Dualen Hochschule in Käfertal/Neuostheim sind es ca. 15-20 Min. Egal ob mit der Bahn oder mit dem Rad.
Parkmöglichkeiten und Radabstellplätze gibt es am Haus.
