Hello,
I am urgently looking for someone to sublet my 1.5 room, 50 square metre apartment from the start of July until August. The rent for everything would be 530 euros.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is around 50 square metres with a decent sized bedroom, small but functional bathroom, and a large bright kitchen with all the amenities (cooker, washing machine, toaster, rice cooker, expresso machine, kettle, and so forth). There is a large balcony running off the kitchen. First preference would be for a single occupant without any pets.

The apartment is in Neckarstadt near the Neckar River. Everything you might need is within 5-10 minutes walking distance including supermarkets, banks and cafes/bars. The transport links are very good with a tram stop and various buses at the end of the road. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the city centre by public transport or bike. I would also be happy to lend out a bicycle if required.
