Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2OG eines typischen Altbauhauses mit hohen Decken. Im Idealfall wäre der*die Nachmieter*in eine berufstätige Einzelperson, da die Wohnung nicht WG geeignet ist.
Kaltmiete 390+60NK+Strom(je nach Verbrauch, 50-100)=500-550 Warmmiete
Kaution= 3 Kaltmieten
Abschlag für die Küche 1200, gern können nach Absprache weitere Möbel übernommen werden (Preis für Küche und Übernahme weiterer Möbel ist natürlich verhandelbar).
