Hi,
I'm looking to sublet my 1.5 room apartment from mid July/August for 4-5 months (some flexibilty on the duration - can also consider 3 months). It's in a quiet area of Neckarstadt next to the Jungbusch bridge and picnic areas and is a few minutes away from several supermarkets and the city centre.
The flat is fully furnished and costs include all bills plus internet and electricity. I would ask for a 200 euro deposit (which will get returned immediately if there is no damage to anything) and a final 30 euro cleaning fee There is a tram stop at the end of the street and a bus stop right outside the front door. The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher. Feel free to send me a email if you are interested and I can give you a tour (either in person on via skype).
