We are looking for 2 tenants who are students of the University of Mannheim or the medical school Uniklinik Mannheim to stay in this flat from the 22th of August.
The flat has two spacious and comfortable rooms, a kitchen leading to an inner courtyard and a bathroom with shower, from the kitchen there is access to a balcony opening onto a very quiet inner courtyard with a nice view. The kitchen is fully furnished. One of the bedrooms is also fully furnished, with a large wardrobe, a large bed, a sofa and a desk with a chair. In the kitchen of the flat there is a washing machine, dishwasher and oven.
Included in the costs is: electricity, water, heating costs and high speed wifi internet connection (250 Mbit/s).

Wir suchen 2 Mieter, die Studenten der Universität Mannheim oder der Uniklinik Mannheim sind, für diese Wohnung ab dem 22. August.
Die Wohnung hat zwei geräumige und komfortable Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Zugang zu einem Innenhof und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Von der Küche aus hat man Zugang zu einem Balkon, der zu einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof mit schöner Aussicht führt. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls voll möbliert und verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank, ein großes Bett, ein Sofa und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. In der Küche gibt es einen Backofen, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine.
In den Kosten enthalten sind: Energie, Wasser, Heizkosten und Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN-Internetanschluss (250 Mbit/s).
The flat is a 6-minute walk from the Neuer Meßplatz tram stop, which is served by lines 1 and 3. Line 3 leads directly to the university. The supermarket is less than 10 minutes walking from the flat.
