Hallo zusammen :)
da wir für unsere Master in eine andere Stadt ziehen, suchen wir für möglichst bald Nachmieter für unsere schöne 2-Zimmer-Küche-Bad-Wohnung. Optimal wäre als Übergabetermin der 10. August. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für Paare oder eine Einzelperson. Für eine WG ist sie eher ungeeignet, da das eine Zimmer ein "Durchgangszimmer" ist. Wir sind beide Studenten (in Mannheim und Heidelberg) und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Falls ihr Fragen habt, meldet euch am besten per Handy :)

We are moving to another country for our Masters' and thus are looking for someone to take over our lovely appartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom (including a bath tub). The best date to confer the appartment to you is the 10th of August, but we are somewhat flexible wiht this. The appartment is very suitable for couples or singles living alone. If you want to move in with a friend, it is not that suitable as you have to walk through one room to get to the next. Both of us are students (Heidelberg and Mannheim, respectively) and still feel very comfortable and at home here. If you have any questions, the quickest way to contact us is via phone :)
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Mannheim gelegen. Es sind zu Fuß 5 Minuten zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Haltestelle Nationaltheater) und 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt. In 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den Wasserturm, den Neckar und den Luisenpark. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß 15 Minuten entfernt, mit der Bahn geht es entsprechend schneller ;)
The appartment is located in central Mannheim (the Squares). By foot it is five minutes from the national theatre of Mannheim, to the city centre and to the tram stations Nationaltheater and Abendakademie. Within ten minutes walking you can reach Friedrichspark behind the water tower, Luisenpark and the river Neckar. It takes about 15 minutes of walking to get to the main train station, with the tram it is somewhat faster.
Da wir ins Ausland ziehen, möchten wir keine Möbel aus der Wohnung mitnehmen. Waschmaschine und alle Möbel zusammen bekommt ihr für 400 Euro. Sie sind insgesamt sicherlich etwas mehr wert, uns ist aber klar, dass nicht jeder jedes einzelne Möbelstück brauchen wird. Die 400 Euro ergeben sich aus Bett, Schlafsofa, Esstisch und Stühle und Waschmaschine, die übrigen Möbel gibt es quasi dazu. Was ihr mit den Möbel macht, ist dann natürlich eure Sache. Sicherlich ließen einige Möbel, die ihr nicht braucht, noch verkaufen, wir haben nur leider nicht die Zeit dafür.
Since we are moving abroad we do not want to take our furniture. You get our washing machine and all of the furniture for €400. If we sold them separately, we would definitely get more money, but we know that you will likely not have a use for all of our stuff. The €400 are for the bed, the sleeping sofa, the living room table (plus chairs) and the washing machine. The rest of the furniture is yours to keep. If you don't need everything, you could surely sell some of them. We simply do not have the time to deal with this as we are on the verge of moving out.
